One account buys and sells. Three things are different from a normal grocery site.
Compare, then buy from more than one store
Your basket splits into one order per store and one payment covers all of them. Each seller sees only their part of it, and stock is only reduced once the payment goes through.
Shipping is each seller's own rate per kilogram
There is no platform shipping fee. Each store sets a rate per kilogram, it is applied to the greater of the real weight and the volume weight, and the seller must enter a carrier and a tracking number before an order moves to shipped.
Buy more, or let sellers bid for the job
Sellers set lower unit prices for larger quantities. For something you need in volume, post a request for quotation instead: bids stay sealed until the deadline, so nobody undercuts a price you have not seen.

Open a storefront from the account you already use for buying. Set your own prices, your own per-kilogram shipping rate and your own return policy. There is no fee to list a product, and any platform fee is shown to you on each order.

Who actually ships my order?
The store you bought from, not BuyLow. Each store sets its own rate per kilogram, and a seller cannot mark an order as shipped without entering a carrier and a tracking number. You see the tracking link on the order page. Orders, shipping and tracking.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, while it is still paid or processing, that is, before the seller marks it as shipped. Use the cancel action on the order page and the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. After it has shipped, the platform cannot cancel it for you; contact the seller directly.
Is my card number safe with BuyLow?
BuyLow never sees it. Payment is taken on Stripe's or PayPal's own page, and we only store the provider, the reference, the amount, the status and the currency. There is no card data in our systems to steal. Payments Terms of Use.
Do I need an account to browse?
No. You can browse the catalog, read a store page, add to your cart and chat signed out. You need an account, and a verified email address, before you can check out or open a store.
What does it cost to sell on BuyLow?
Nothing to list. Any platform fee on an order is shown to the seller on that order and in their payouts. The shipping charge in an order is calculated from the per-kilogram rate the store itself sets. The free plan allows up to 10 active products.
Should I trust a store I have never bought from?
Check the store page before you order in bulk. Every store publishes its own return policy, opening hours, rating and review count, and its per-kilogram shipping rate. BuyLow does not hand-check every listing: a product's description, photos and weight are the seller's own statements, and the weight is what the shipping charge is calculated from. Browse stores.
Can I return something that arrived wrong?
A return is between you and the store, under the return policy that store publishes on its page. BuyLow has no returns workflow of its own yet, and that is written down rather than glossed over. Refunds and returns.
What happens to my personal data?
The seller of an item you bought sees your delivery name, address and phone for that order, because they have to ship it, and nothing else. Sellers never see your email address. BuyLow does not sell your data, does not run advertising or tracking pixels, and sets two cookies, both only to keep you signed in. Privacy Policy.
